It seems that almost everyone owns a pocket knife at some level. Soccer moms, business executives, teens – they all have at least one in their wallet, their briefcase, their car or some other convenient place. Most knives are designated into one of two types: those for home use, meaning for food preparation in the kitchen, or for outdoor use. Pocket knives, of course, fall into the latter category. However, there is a bit of variety in the design of pocket knives, and specific types are more likely to be used in specific situations.
