“Just basic/crisis matters are permitted to be documented,” said Lucian Chalfen of the New York Supreme Court. “The first documenting was dismissed by the New York County (Manhattan) assistant since they didn’t follow the fundamental issue method. They refiled under the fundamental issue method, and the issue was alluded to an ex parte State Supreme Court Judge. He recently concluded that it isn’t basic, so they can’t document anything now.”
