The last manager, Kenny Dalglish who was instrumental in getting the trophy home presented the medallions with his face covered in red mask sporting the team color and handing over the trophy to Captain Jordan Henderson who filled with excitement and happiness displayed it high amongst fireworks and decorations. Klopp requested all fans to celebrate at home honoring the social distancing norm during the pandemic.

Despite such a quiet ceremony, the players did celebrate in an empty 53000 seat stadium by singing the club’s anthem with their manager Juergen Klopp and his staff.

Liverpool had lost to Manchester City last year by a point despite losing only one game.

This English title was a dream for the red half of Merseyside and was awaited for three decades when teams like Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City were superseding the league. It is better late than never and Liverpool did it in style this time by lifting the trophy. With a determination of making it not the last time, we are sure that they will be repeating this win every year. They have come out as a challenging team and will be a tough competition for their rivals.

Till we get back with some more updates, stay home, and stay safe.
